"My Plumber for Life! I’ve used Matt at Master Tech Plumbing on a few different jobs now and every single time he has impressed. The toughest thing to find is honest people and Matt and his team are as honest as they come. The first time I called him was for my rental property where the pipes were rattling underneath the house in the crawl space. I received multiple quotes from the big brands who all said I needed a full house pipe replacement, that the pipes had just gone bad on my 1960’s build. Matt came out and said no, you only need to replace the expansion tank because the water pressure is too high. That’s been 2 years now and I haven’t had an issue since. He earned my trust big time that day. Then, 3 months ago, at my own house I thought I had a broken water heater as none of my water was getting hot. I had reset it multiple times, the flame was igniting and was getting nothing. He came out, figured out that the expansion tank was not replaced when the prior company replaced the water heater. Never once tried to talk me into replacing the whole unit, which he could have and I would have had no clue. That’s twice where he had every opportunity to oversell me and just didn’t. He’s my plumber for life. He’s doing my bathroom renovation now and was even able to help me get better prices than online for some of the fixtures we were looking at. I couldn’t recommend him and his team more."
